We have a fully automated nuts roasting machine installed in our facility. The capacity of our machine is to roast 1 metric tons of nuts per hour.

We handle the entire process of transforming raw nuts into ready-to-eat roasted products. Our service typically includes sourcing the high quality raw nuts or you can bring in your own nuts. We help select the appropriate roasting method like dry roasting or oil roasting. We control key factors like temperature and time to ensure a consistent and flavorful outcome.

You can bring in your own recipe of seasoning/flavoring and we can roast seasoned nuts for you.

We maintain strict quality control measures, including allergen management, testing for contaminants and compliance with food safety standards and FDA regulations to guarantee product safety and quality.

We provide services  for copackaging nuts by handling all aspects of preparing, packaging and distributing nuts in various formats for retail or bulk sale. We offer a range of packaging options like Standup pouches or Pillow bags with sizes varying from 2oz to upto 4lbs. We ensure the nuts are packaged to maintain freshness and meet customer specifications. 

We can source raw nuts for you or you can bring your own, we manage quality control and allergen management. We maintain quality standards and certifications (eg. HACCP or ISO 22000) to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.

We also handle warehousing and distribution logistics for you allowing you to focus on production, marketing and/or sales.
